Meet the Owners
We started vacationing in Costa Rica in 1990. Stories of great surf enticed Doug and I tagged along for the beaches and natural beauty.
In October of 2004, we were on our way to San Jose from Pavones, we stopped by Doug's favorite surf break, the Almond Tree, in Hermosa. When we pulled down the beach road we were surpised to see houses. We have always wanted to live near the beach, however high real estate markets make it impossible in the United States. One day we hope to live in Costa Rica, until then enjoy our beach house!
